SL LIving Expo Music & Performances
The SL Living Expo is an annual event held in support of Relay For Life. Entertainment is an important element in order to attract visitors to the convention who may not have otherwise been aware of some of the participating groups/stores, but also a great way to bring in donations.

Our Event Rules
The SL Living Expo is an official Relay For Life event. All performances are volunteer-based, and no payment will be provided.
Tip jars are not permitted. All donations must go directly to the official SL Living Expo Relay For Life kiosks.
All events must remain PG-13. Minimum clothing requirements: bikini or equivalent for women, and swim trunks/Speedos for men. Performances should avoid excessive vulgar or offensive language or material. If content is deemed inappropriate, you may be contacted privately. Please use discretion and common sense.
The SL Living Expo is a global, inclusive event that celebrates community, fun, and fundraising for the American Cancer Society. Discrimination, hate speech, protest activity, or derogatory remarks from performers or attendees will not be tolerated.
You can rez your own items. For main stage areas, you have a limit of 100 prims and must fit on the provided stage. For special exceptions, you use your own stage and you have a limit of 1000 prims. This will need to be discussed and approved by the Event Team.
Ensure you have room in your groups to accept an SL Living Expo land group invite, which grants rez permissions. Please notify us if additional assistants need invites.
Performers must be online and available at least 30 minutes before their scheduled time. Failure to log in on time may result in your slot being reassigned.
You or your host (if applicable) must check in via the SL Living Expo land group at least 30 minutes prior to your event. Failure to check in may result in your slot being reassigned.
You may begin rezzing in the backstage area 60 minutes before showtime. If you need additional setup time, coordinate with Event Leadership to ensure it does not disrupt other scheduled events.
At the close of your set, please acknowledge and promote the next scheduled event to help keep audiences engaged and connected.
After your event, please pick up all prims. If assistance is needed, SL Living Expo staff can help return items.
Event Crew and Expo Leadership reserve the right to observe events to ensure they maintain quality, follow rules, and reflect positively on the SL Living Expo and Relay For Life.
Event Stage Sponsorships
Our Event Stages will have over 80 hours of performers and entertainers gracing the stages during the event, and we are looking for sponsors. Here’s how it works!
We are looking for groups/clubs/venues to sponsor a day at the Event Stages (You will choose one of the days to sponsor that are available; first come, first serve) and sponsorship will be $4000L, (Just about $18 USD) which will include:
- Your name and logo will be the main logo on the Events HUD for the day of your sponsorship;
- Free, 30 second radio ad, which is played on all regions during the event;
- Custom-made poster with your group name and logo, which will be on display at the Event Stage Area;
- Your logo on each poster for the day of sponsorship;
- Coverage on our website as a sponsor, with a static logo on the Events Page of our site.
