How to participate
in the SL Living Expo
PARTICIPATE IN THE BIGGEST EVENT ON THE GRID THAT COMBINES HOME, GARDEN AND EVERY WAY THAT WE LIVE, WORK AND PLAY IN SECOND LIFE.
We know the merchants, designers, creators and groups in Second Life can be asked to participate in so many worthy causes and events across the grid. We understand that while we wish we could, we simply cannot support each and every one of them. That is why for the SL Living Expo, we want to showcase the options that everyone has to be involved; from being a region sponsor and having a large involvement in the Expo, all the way to someone who would like to donate a raffle item or have an ad board.
Every type of involvement is needed, wanted and appreciated and can benefit Relay For Life of Second Life and provide an opportunity for us to give back and help fight cancer, one linden at a time.
Sponsorships
Our sponsors provide a great service to our event; providing us the funding to have the regions we need to showcase the talents of the builders, creators, designers and groups. In return, our sponsors receive brand recognition across the event as well as our website, radio and social media platforms. They also are provided a premium and large booth space on their sponsored region with ample land impact availability.
We are also offering an “Event Stage Sponsor” which provides brand recognition where all of our events will be taking place. This package provides a free radio ad and brand recognition on our website and at the Event Stage during the day of your sponsorship.

Merchant & group bOOTHS
While being a sponsor for a region is not the right fit for some, being a participant is a great option to be involved! We offer a variety of sizes and pricing of booths for designers, creators and groups to help donate to such a worthy cause.
The variety of sizes offers different levels of land impact availability and vendor limits, demo platforms, radio advertisements and so much more. For our groups and communities in Second Life, the SL Living Expo is a great way to advertise, promote and introduce new residents to your community.
We are also looking for opportunities from some of our communities to help host an event! For example, the equestrian community could offer a horseback riding event through our regions; the diving community could offer to host an introduction to diving in Second Life. The possibilities are endless, and we are looking forward to involving so many different communities to expand how we all live, work and play in Second Life.

Raffles and Donations
Even if you are not participating by sponsoring a region or having a booth, we are always in need and would love the opportunity to showcase your talents with our raffles and donations. By donating items or gift cards, we can use these in our raffle boards, giveaways for our attendees or part of our auction.
For an extra special donation, creating a one-of-a-kind item provides us the opportunity to auction off a piece of Second Life history! The donations generated from those types of items are a great way to give back to our community and provide a substantial donation to Relay For Life of Second Life.
Our ad boards will be available across the regions and for a small donation, provide an opportunity for you to connect with our attendees. Those will be available when the region opens to our participants for booth setup.
